Teni is the Founder and Managing Director of Orion Legal Search. With more than a decade of experience in legal recruiting, Teni helps attorneys make thoughtful, well-timed career moves with clarity and confidence. Her approach is grounded, strategic, and refreshingly human.
She partners with attorneys and recruiting leaders across AmLaw firms, elite boutiques, and mid-sized practices, focusing on matches that make sense not just on paper, but in real life. Known for her responsiveness, honesty, and steady guidance, Teni has built lasting relationships across a wide range of law-firm environments.

She enjoys immersing herself in interior design, spending time studying layouts, materials, and form, and sourcing vintage furniture and objects with character.
