Toni Lewis
Toni is a Managing Director at Orion Legal Search and brings decades of experience, perspective, and care to her work with attorneys and law firms. A former practicing attorney, Toni began her career in business litigation, gaining valuable insight from both law firm and in-house environments before transitioning into legal recruiting.
Toni’s legal background allows her to understand the nuances of legal practice and the realities attorneys face at different stages of their careers. She is known for her thoughtful approach, strong instincts, and genuine interest in helping candidates find roles where they can thrive. What she values most about recruiting is the personal connection — listening closely, asking the right questions, and guiding candidates toward the right long-term fit.
Earlier in her career, Toni also taught at a private school in Los Angeles, an experience that further shaped her patient, communicative, and people-first style.
